obsession with technology

We as a society can not front and say we are not addicted to some kind of technology, whether it's our phones or computers, we are all addicted to it.  Some of us will even choose the internet over going out, I am a victim of this forsure I can remember when I younger I figured out how to start playing games online and quickly I began such an addict like I wouldn't be going outside, hanging out with friends I evem lost some hahaha, but anyways I let technology consume my everyday life and ended up regretting it because now I look back and realized I missed out on what could have been a fun time.
