As some of you may know by now I'm Mary Poppins in the upcoming musical Mary Poppins and it would be a lie to say I'm not stressed.
Also I'm just getting out of "JOY Week" in Showtime which is just a week packed full of performances which takes a physical and mental toll on my body. All in all I'm just experiencing a lot of stress.
On top of all of this I still need to maintain my grades to stay eligible for both these groups with a beyond hectic schedule. I'm still not quite sure how I manage to do it.
At least on the bright side my college apps are all done.
If anyone has some stress-relieving tips please share them with me!
I've tried my fair share of stress remedies (trust me), but I'm always looking for more.
Hey Jasmine, I think you should slow down a little bit and enjoy senior year. We only get one so what's the fun if all you do is stress the whole time? Although I applaud all of your achievements, I think a little break would be the best way to get through everything.
