Mayfair Restrooms

Restrooms in Mayfair are filthy, especially later on as the day progresses. It is clear that the problem isn't the janitors but people who publicly vandalize public property. I might not know who they specifically are but I am sure  that most of them are very immature. No decent person would wreck their own restrooms at home why do it with ones in public. How should the school fix this problem.
