Why entertain them?

I always wondered why do people entertain trollers , Is it because they want to be in drama ? Is it because they feel the need to argue with them. One thing I learned is once they start they do not finish , they keep going till they know your in a breaking point. I stopped entertaining them because I noticed they just didn't have nothing to do with their life. Trollers like to put others down to make their selves happy and it shouldn't be like that at all. You having people killing their selves over stuff like this , it shouldn't be like this. they like doing stuff like this because maybe they have a hard background or my mom says they don't get attention at home.
