Reflection

Before starting this unit I must admit that I was an ignorant consumer. I admit that I never took the time to consider the things I eat because I never thought it was a big deal. I never put in the effort to know where my food came from or how the meat I was eating was treated. It wasn’t until this unit that I started wondering about the origin of my food. If I look back to when we first started this unit I knew nothing of the struggles of growing food. After finishing this unit I have decided to grow something of my own and see the whole process and experience the beauty of food.
